| Details: | I called Mr. Bennett to notify him his request for leniency from the civil penalty assessed by the Authority was denied and informed him he could pursue action in the Oregon Court of Appeals if he desired. I also explained that the actions Mr. Bennett described taking prior to our conversation were insufficient to dissuade the Authority from taking further enforcement action and assessing additional civil penalties. I urged Mr. Bennett to immediately submit the required construction plans and a written action plan as specified in the administrative order of October 2017. | ||
