Details: SUMMARY: Elevated Turbidity DETAILS: Neil Sheppeard called at 1:30 pm to report elevated turbidity ranging from 1.6 to 1.4 NTU. Increased chlorine residual monitoring demonstrated a residual of 0.35 to 0.55 in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: System to keep DWP informed of elevated turbidity levels.
