Details: SUMMARY: Op will post PN, disinfect well DETAILS: Operator stats two of the four repeats are collected11/1/05 were positive for coliform. I faxed him PN materials and he agreed to post as required. Star Water will disinfect this weekend, and he will do an additional repeat a few days after flushing.
