Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly taken 12/6/05 positive TC DETAILS: Four follow up samples have been reported to DHS-DWP that were taken 12/20/05 marked special ( should have been marked repeat ) all absent for coliform. Five routine samples taken the next month, January all absent for coliform.
