Details:	SUMMARY: Water Quality Issues. DETAILS: This report is a update on the situation at Paradise Lodge. As you can tell by the monitoring violations on SIDWIS that this water system is not sitting well in the area of compliance. During October, I made several visits to the lodge and found out the Court was no longer responsible. I instructed Patrick, on steps to keep the lodge water system at minimum standards to finish out the season. Currently the water system is closed and will not open until a new water system is installed or until proper testing and monitoring is done. A recent water system info page was submitted requesting system deactivation. Hopefully this will appease EPA. Refer to file.
