| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed PN procedures for FNSI determination in Environmental Review process DETAILS: Buba Samateh, Lee-Pace Engineers called and emailed with questions on the public notice procedures for the FNSI determination issued for the SRF project at City of Oakridge. Buba is working with Lee Hodges at Lee-Pace, who is the consultant working with the City on this project. Discussed public notice requirement, including need to publish notice just once to begin the 30-day comment period. Local paper is only weekly, thus making a continuous publication for 30-days difficult. Once public notice is issued, 30-day comment period will begin. Once completed, and after any raised concerns are addressed, a final FNSI may be issued and the project may proceed. ACTION NEEDED: Lee-Pace to work with City of Oakridge to issue required public notice for initial FNSI determination. After 30 day comment period, DWP may issue a final determination and project may proceed. | ||
