Details: SUMMARY: Routine sample positive for TC. DETAILS: I left a message with operator that four repeat samples need to be taken ASAP. I also asked him to call me back to let me know that he took the repeat samples. On 02/10/06, Brad called me to confirm that he took samples. I reminded him to take five routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routine samples next month.
