Details: SUMMARY: OERS Report #2006-0777 DETAILS: Received OERS report from Alan at Office of Public Health Prepardness. OERS report of sheen spotted on the Longtom River near the City of Veneta. This river flows into the Willamette. Called contact for City of Corvallis to notify them of the report and give onsite contact info. Talked to treatment plant operator.
