| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper sample results from 3/2/2006 DETAILS: Jeff faxed lead/copper sample results last week. The samples were collected at 5 sample locations with previous high copper and lead results. The 90th percentile results of this 5 sample round are ND for lead and 1.0 copper. Jeff reported that he has been using an aquarium heater and mixer to keep the increased soda ash in solution and has been able to maintain his pH at 8.0. These new results show 55% to 95% reduction in copper levels since the November 2005 results. Jeff will collect an additional 5 samples by the end of the month and submit a total of 10 samples to serve as his 6 month round. He will then collect another 6 month round in September in order to hopefully return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of additional 5 samples to be collected by 3/31/2006 and full round in September 2006. | ||
