Details: SUMMARY: High turbidity, WTP overwhelmed, City initiated "Boil Water Notice" DETAILS: Certified operators quit early in the week and Bob Strassner with HBH Engineering is temporarily operating the system. ACTION NEEDED: Boil Water Notice issued at 6:00pm today. Coos County Health and State notified. City will call previously established priority notification list per emergency plan and PSAs to radio and newspaper. Estimate a minimum 5 days on the notice.
