| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ was Special from wellhead, not Routine DETAILS: Shawn had called me on April 5th when he got the results from the pre-treatment sample at the West Well. This well is pumped up to the treatment plant, but they were just checking the coliform just to see. Shawn was calling to make sure nothing needed to be done, and to clarify requirements if this were to happen at the Manhattan well (which is only treated with residual maintenance). At the time, Shawn believed that the result had been marked "Special." When I got an alert from this sample result, I called Shawn to let him know that the result was marked Routine, and that he needed to correct that and fax me the correction with a note. He will do that and we should be able to make the correction in SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: They will mark wellhead samples Special from now on! | ||
