Details: DETAILS: The operator missed taking a nitrate test in December 2005 and also a coliform test for the quarter ending in December, 2005. ACTION NEEDED: The operator was advised to sample for nitrate and coliform immediately. She said that she would send me a letter to explain what happended with the missed samples.
