Details: SUMMARY: Spoke with Donregarding the need for the system to name a certified operator so I can contact a point person. ACTION NEEDED: Don said city council will be meeting tonight and would discuss the current problem and appoint a new operator since Kieth Cochran had to leave his position to receive treatment in Portland.
