Details: SUMMARY: SNC Status-Failure to submit annual Nitrate sample since 2001. DETAILS: Visted system on 2/27/06 accompanied by Scott Curry and talked about sampling requirements while Scott approved the new UV system. I have spoken with Dave several2 times since then on the phone to remind him to sample. Corrective actions taken by water system and dates: Sample passed on 3/22/06 with no detected nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: System is now in compliance.
