Details: SUMMARY: Chlorinator is not on line DETAILS: I received a call from Chuck Chamberlain. He reported that the chlorinator has never been on line and there is no expectation that it will be put on line. It was installed as an "in case" piece of equipment. Given this, we agreed that the requirement for measurement of chlorine residual is moot. Also, we agreed trhat the requirement to sample for coliforms befor ethe injection of chlorine is moot. ACTION NEEDED: No other action needed at this time.
