Details:	SUMMARY: Three out of four repeat samples collected 6/7/2006 are positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Eric Turner with Hoodoo Recreation called to report that 3 out of the 4 repeat samples collected 6/7/06 were positive for total coliform. This is a handpump well. Eric has removed the handle and will shock chlorinate the well. USFS follow-up procedures include flushing the system until the chlorine is absent and collecting a "special" coliform sample. If the results of the "special" sample are absent, they will re-connect the handle. Eric will collect 5 routines at this location in July to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 5 routines in July and copy of public notice.
