Details: SUMMARY: Single HAA5 result of 0.113 mg/l DETAILS: Responding to an alert generated 06/15/06, I spoke with Ralph Davis to see why the HAA5 results were 0.113 mg/l from a sample taken 05/25/06. He said that there was a leak in the ACH feed line, which resulted in underdosing for TOC removal prior to membrane filtration. They repaired the leak and will sample again. He said that the RAA MCL had not been exceeded. ACTION NEEDED: Await further DBP test results following repairs.
