| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic results from 5/5/2006 > MCL. DETAILS: I received an alert for an arsenic sample of 0.0146 mg/L collected 5/5/2006 on 6/14/2006. I spoke with Casey again regarding his plans to use a newly drilled shallow alluvial well for blending. Casey said the well has been drilled with plenty of water and is located > 200 feet from both the river and the creek. He will be collecting samples for all chemicals on the new well to submit with plan review. In the meantime, due to the 5/5/06 arsenic sample > MCL, I am putting the system on quarterly monitoring until either the RAA is greater than the MCL or they achieve compliance through blending with plan review approval. ACTION NEEDED: Change chemical sampling schedule for arsenic to quarterly. Await plan review submittal and approval. Conduct on-site inspection of new well when approved. | ||
