Details: SUMMARY: Positive repeat Coliform sample 6/12/06 DETAILS: 6/14/06 I spoke with Thomas and explained that the positive repeat sample ahs resulted in an MCL. Violation (two positive samples this month). We discussed proper sampling procedure and determined that the one of four samples athat came up positive was a result of leaving the screen on the faucet at the sample tap (mens washroom). We also discussed posting public notice. Thomas will make sure that he removes screens from sample faucets before sampling in the future. ACTION NEEDED: Thomas needs to submit five routine samples in the month of July.
