Details: SUMMARY: Two positive repeat coliform samples on 6/16/06 alert received on 6/19/06 DETAILS: I will conduct a Sanitary Survey for this system on 6/22. At that point we will discuss public notice for the MCL violation and the requirement of five routine samples for the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice needs to be posted. The system needs to be chlorinated. A sanitary Survey needs to be conducted. Five repeat samples need to be submitted in July.
