Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine sample collected on 5/31/06 DETAILS: 6/2/06 - I called Linda to inform her that she will need to take repeat samples. We discussed the positive sample and could not determine the cause. We discussed proper sampling technique. ACTION NEEDED: Linda needs to submit five routine samples in the month of June.
