Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform non-reporter for June 2006 DETAILS: Bob called to report that they are a coliform non-reporter for June 2006. Lab related issues that are now being addressed with a new color-coding system and better communication. Rory White at Analytical Lab wrote PWS a letter of explanation taking responsibility, but the PWS knows that they must accept the non-reporting violation. PWS to forward the lab explanation letter to us for file. PWS will make sure that July coliform monitoring and reporting is competed as required. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to acknowledge coliform non-reporting violation for June 2006.
