Details: SUMMARY: Operator will do PN, do three more routines in June, 2006. DETAILS: System had two TC positive samples taken 5/31/06 (labeled routine but should have been labeled repeat) taken at spaces 32 and 63. I asked Pacific Analytical to change the four routines collected 5/31/06 to repeats.
