Details: SUMMARY: Operator collected four repeats today DETAILS: Operator came into office to discuss positive TC collected 5/10/06. He states due to lab problems he was unable to collect the four repeats until today. He will call with repeat results. I informed him of the requirement to do five routines in June, 2006.
