Details: SUMMARY: August 24, 2004 Lead 90th Percentile Exceeded DETAILS: Lead and copper testing conducted on August 24, 2004 resulted in exceeding the lead action level of 0.015 mg/l. The lead 90th percentile was 0.0285 mg/l. Some sample sites may not be representative and plumbing replacements warrant sample site evaluation, selection of Tier 1 sites, and subsequent sampling. See letter dated 07/19/06 for more details. ACTION NEEDED: System is to evaluate sample sites, select no less than five Tier 1 or Tier 2 sites (if there are not enough Tier 1 sites), and complete a round of 5 tap samples from the identified sites by September 30, 2006. Mark Edington with Columbia County to track progress.
