Details:	SUMMARY: 7 Repeat samples TC positive taken on 7/31. MCL Violation for July DETAILS: 7 Repeat samples taken 7/31 as follow up to positive Routine sample 7/26, and all were coliform positive. MCL violation for July occurred and public notification required. SNC status reviewed and AO will be issued. Water system has been shock treated and samples are in lab. COE intends to install UV treatment but I recommended chlorination as more expedient because the facility is set up for it. The large storage pressure tank had been cleaned out in May and samples in June were good, so COE thought the cause of coliform had been eliminated. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notification posting required. 5 Routine samples required in August.
