Details: SUMMARY: Four out of five positive routine sample collected on 6/30/06 (space number 24 E.coli positive) DETAILS: 7/3/06 3:12 pm - Received alert. Public notice posted. 7/05/06 - Linda submitted four repeat samples after flushing the entire distribution system according to my instructions. 7/6/06- Three out of the four repeat samples came back positive. ACTION NEEDED: Linda needs to re-shock the well and distribution system.
