| Details: | DETAILS: I called and spoke to Sharon regarding a TC positive on 7-7-06 routine coliform test. I told her she needs to do 4 Repeats this month immediately, then do what ever corrective action is needed depending on the results of these 4 tests and then do the 5 routines in August. She stated she would do all this and I also told her to call if she needed any assistance from this department. ACTION NEEDED: Watch for results of extra testing to insure problem has been resolved. | ||
