Details: SUMMARY: Operator will collect four repeats according to CSP ASAP DETAILS: Chris states that the system had a positive total coliform sample collected 8-4-06 at the well house (well #4). I discussed the coliform Sampling Plan with him and the need to collect routine quarterly samples per the plan. He will collect four repeats according to the CSP and call me with results.
