Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan final DETAILS: Sent letter to water system 9-14-2006 after reviewing their emergency response plan - letter states that emergency response plan is in compliance. Forwarded a copy of the letter to the drinking water program files. I reviewed the completed plan at the plant on 5-16-06. ACTION NEEDED: Reminded operator in the letter that the ERP needs to be reviewed annually.
