| Details: | SUMMARY: Respondent to request for a number of items. Dealt with a funding and application DETAILS: The City of Junction City requested assistance eon a number of topics. Traveled to the City to meet with the Public Works Director and City Manager to discuss their request. Among other things, the City asked that we assist them in applying for a TA grant to assist them in funding a new water master plan. The City has received a notice of violation from the DWP that they do not have a current water master plan on file. Actionsd Performed: Met with the City to discuss their needs and plans for undertaking a master planning effort. Spoke with Jacki Yoder of OECDD about the Citys needs and confirmed that they would qualify for a $20k TA grant. Completed the intake form to begin the TA grant process and sent it to OECDD. Followed up with the City to let them know the process had begun and coordinate the other issues that they have requested assistance on. ACTION NEEDED: City has asked for assistance on other issues including problem including nitrate issues with two separate wells, controls issues and chlorine residual problems with their 1.25 MG reservoir training on emergency response planning software and input or direction on preparing or update their SOPs. | ||
