Details:	SUMMARY: Verified that Mark will take 2 DBP samples every quarter DETAILS: I also explained how he would seek a reduction: He would take raw TOCs quarterly with his DBP samples, and well review them at the end of the year. Mark actually takes raw TOCs regularly, but doesnt submit the data to the dept. ACTION NEEDED: Take 2 DBP samples quarterly. Samples should be taken at different times during the quarter at the same sampling location - the spot with the longest residence time.
