1/4/07: System chlorinated last Thursday (12/28/06). Resampled 1/3/07 and awaiting results. Linda agreed to fax me a copy of the BWN.

1/5/07: Received fax from Linda Curtis of their BWN/Public Notice that went out to residents 12/23/06. I forwarded on to Pete Farrelly DHS-DWP by fax. The fax from Linda indicated that I should speak to the water system president from now on regarding the situation. I left a message with President Eric Jastak. Asked him to call me back and gave both my work & cell phone #s.

1/8/07: Left message with Eric Jastak again. Asked him to call me with an update of what they are doing to resolve coliform issue. I also recommended they call in a consultant such as a well driller to inspect the wellhead. I told them they should still be boiling water. I again left my work & cell #s. 7pm Steffany Jastak, Erics wife returned my call to let me know Eric is out of town and will return my call as soon as he returns.

1/9/06: Eric Jastak returned call Tuesday evening and left message on my cell phone saying the BWN is still in place and that he would like to discuss options with me for correcting the problem. ACTION NEEDED: 1/11/06: Will call Mr. Jastak back.
