Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The System requested a Tracer Study. The plant was on line when I arrived running at a flow rate of 300 gpm with a reading of 1.37mg/l free chlorine residual on the plant effluent. ACTIONS PERFORMED: A discussion of the plants Scada System specifically the control of the chlorine system had us performing the Boost for the Tracer and observing the plants trending through the Clearwell rather than testing the 8” main we had intended to the first customer at the Golf Pro Shop. The accuracy obtained by this portion of the Tracer is critical in establishing the C10 for the completion of the Tracer. We established manual override of the system at this point is necessary to achieve the control of the chlorine dose we require for the Boost. ACTION NEEDED: Check the Hydraulic model for footage on the 8" line to the Pro Shop. Reschedule CT.
