Details: SUMMARY: High DBP result DETAILS: Shawn called to discuss a few things (see second contact report). Regarding the high TTHM result (0.117 for first qtr 07), he is not really sure what happened. They changed their coagulant, and they thought that was the problem. The running annual average is still less than 0.08 ppb. The 3rd and 4th quarter data is not entered into SDWIS yet so I cannot calculate the average. He will continue to troubleshoot the problem. ACTION NEEDED: continue to sample quarterly. Beginning in 2nd quarter 2007 they will need to take 2 distribution samples since they have 2 permanent entry points (manhattan well used to be seasonal). One needs to be at the location of maximum residence time, and the should be at an average residence time.
