Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly coliform samples positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Took five routine samples for the sampling period and all came back positive for total coliform. Spoke with the contact on 9/22/06 and she stated the system was shock chlorinated today and a UV light system has been installed. ACTION NEEDED: Routine sample taken within a week, and five routine samples again next sampling period.
