Details: SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Sample DETAILS: Contacted Mike Wilton, maintenance supervisor, by phone regarding positive coliform sample. He stated that they had immediately shock chlorinated and were now flushing out the system. I advised to take the four repeat samples after no chlorine is detected and to follow up with five routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples next month.
