| Details: | SUMMARY: One of the 4 repeat samples was positive for TC. Violation for December. DETAILS: Water operator had reservations of the reliability of the positive sample. It was taken at a site that had been vacant for a few months and it was not flushed long enough prior to sampling. Due to the past history I thought it necessary to let the sample stand. I spoke to keith about the CCRs and he was going to make an attempt to pull some of the previous information together if possible. It may be necessary to start with the CCR for 2006. Pump-float circuit was a problem and the well pumped for 6 straight days. This system is at a start of real improvement. ACTION NEEDED: Violation notice for December. Operator has contacted Circuit Rider for assistance. Operator to make plans to clean the reservoir. | ||
