Details:	SUMMARY: Lead 90% value exceeds action level dated 1/19/06 reported to Marion Co. 11/24/06 DETAILS: Action level for lead of 0.0195 mg/ml reported 1/19/06. Coffee Lab took sample from hose outside the building. ACTION NEEDED: Need to resample at original sites. Must have written explanation of wrong site being sampled. Will send explanation to DHS/Drinking Water Program.
