Details: SUMMARY: Positive T/C on Repeats October 2006 DETAILS: John called to report positive results from 3 of the 4 repeats taken after a routine positive on 10/12/06. I informed him how to shock chlorinate the system and to provide a public notice. After shock chlorinating and flushing John is going to take 4 more repeat tests. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing and advise.
