Details: DETAILS: One of 5 routines in October present. System taking 5 routines due to positive results for last 2 months. Checked with lab, and 10/26 positive not from same sample spot. Spoke with interim operator Don and Doug and lab and system will continue PN and take 5 routines in November. ACTION NEEDED: Continue public notice until corrected or consistent absent samples and take 5 routines during November.
