Details: SUMMARY: A positive routine sample was collected on 09/27/06 DETAILS: I spoke with Mary Jacks and reminded her to collect 4 repeat samples ASAP. We discussed sample locations and she said that she would get them in soon. 10/09- Per Neilson Labs, 4 repeat samples tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples need to be collected in the month of October.
