| Details: | SUMMARY: Cl residual alert- under minimum limit (Sept. 2006) DETAILS: During 9/1/06 sanitary survey with Dee, I asked her if she has taken any raw source coliform samples since they are disinfecting for residual only. She said no. She wasnt aware that they didnt need to chlorinate at all. I told her that was only required back when they had the redwood storage tank (which is now gone). Dee decided to turn off the chlorinator for awhile and see what happens. This is why the chlorine residual is 0 ppm. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed. She understands that if they decide to chlorinate, they need to do raw source coliform sampling at least annually, as well as DBP testing and daily residual measuring. | ||
