Details: SUMMARY: Operator will collect 5 samples in Dec. 2006 DETAILS: Operator states four repeats were collected on 11/13/06 in response to the 11/8/06 positive coliform routine. He did not know where the routine was collected but states the repeats were collected according to the required protocol. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will call me ASAP if any repeats are positive and will collect five routines in Dec. 06.
