Details: SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 12/19/06 pos. TC DETAILS: Spoke with John, he hadnt heard about the positive. I asked him to make sure Coffey comes out to do repeat sampling and to call me if any are positive. Otherwise he knows to do 5 temporary routines in January. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor.
