Details: SUMMARY: The nitrate sample collected 08/21/06 was over half of the MCL (7.18 ppm) DETAILS: I called and spoke with owner Ron Lee about this issue. I mailed Ron as well as the onsite manager (George Augusta) a letter explaining the situation and the necessary action. Ron agreed to get a sample in before the end of the year. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate needs to be sampled on a quarterly basis for one year.
