Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to TC pos. on 12/13/2006 DETAILS: This is a new well. Mike was unsure of what may have happened. He had installed insulation recently and thought perhaps that may have caused it. He thoroughly flushed and sanitized the system and is going to take 4 repeats in December. He is aware he needs to take 5 in January. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
