Details:	SUMMARY: Installation of CL17 Chlorine Analyzer on Effluent of New 1MG Storage Tank DETAILS: Brady Weidner called to inform me of the City of Depoe Bays plans to install a HACH CL17 Chlorine Analyzer on the effluent line of the new 1 million gallon storage tank. This tank will be used for contact time. The CL17 will continuously record free chlorine residuals to their computer system. These residuals will be used to calculate their daily CT compliance. The tank and analyzer are located prior to the first connection and will be considered the first user. I verbally approved this plan and reminded Brady that plan review is required on the new storage tank if not already completed. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review approval needed on new storage tank if not already completed.
