Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc. representing the ODHS-DWP Circuit Rider Program received notice that the Sandnwood MHP did not have a current enabling authority on file with the drinking water program. To insure the MHPs compliance with the due date for submission of the annual summary report and the signed enabling authority I made contact with Mr. Moldt as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. Bill indicated he had just replaced a backflow device but was not aware if it had to be inspected or exactly what needed to be included on the summary report. I gave Bill a contact phone number of a plumbing inspector capable of inspecting and certifying the newly installed device. I urged Bill to call if he encounters any problems with the inspection part of the process. I explained how the summary would be completed with the device listed on the test summary sheet.I received a call from Bill on the 23rd requesting me to come by for a final review if possible, as he still had some issues with the abbreviations on the plumbing report. I indicated I would be on the road the entire week of the 26th and for him to notify Dewey of our commitment to complete the report as soon as I returned the week of April 2nd. ACTION NEEDED: Continue open communication with new park management to assist with drinking water issues. |
