Details:	SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program, received notice that Rainbow Rock Condominiums did not have a current enabling authority on file with the drinking water program. To ensure the condominiums compliance with the due date for submission of the annual summary report and the enabling authority I made contact with James Bryant as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. James indicated he was sure his father had submitted the documents in advance of the due date. I had failed to discuss the subject when we met to perform the turbidity profile on the 16th. Don went on vacation the following day and James is the backup system operator. Had the work been the responsibility of James to finish he would have been made aware of the responsibility. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communications and availability in the event our services are required for technical assistance with the condominiums water system.
